What utilities are tenants responsible for? 

 Electricity 

How many adults, pets or vehicles are allowed per space?

2 per Space for all three.  For pets, exceptions can occasionally be made. Please ask when inquiring.  Cats are indoor only 

How many spaces do you have and what Rv size do they accommodate?

 21 Spaces. Most 32' and under. A few sites up top 40'

Do you have laundry machines?

 We do- one coin operated washer and dryer.  Dryer has online payment option and Management can exchange for quarters

Do you accept Rvs and trailers older than 2005?

 We do. We care more about how you have kept it up, taken care of it and the condition it's in.  Must be in working order.  

What are the payment options for rent?

We try to be as flexible as possible & provide multiple options.  Check, Money Order, Innago Tenant Portal, Zelle, Western Union App using                 debit card (free), CashApp & more
