    Monthly Rent $395 Includes Sewage & Water and Disposal Services  Electric is metered and paid by Tenant

         Deposit $395 First month's rent and full deposit required for move-in

Weekly base rate is $160 with a $100 deposit.  Nightly base rate is $30 with $0-$50 deposit.
