Application fee is $35 for each person (two max)

Nonrefundable fee unless we fill the space before you could be accepted or we approved you, but for some reason 

could not finalize the rental agreement

You can request an application via email at Inquiries@Riversideparkandrv.com , by text (541) 671-5322,

by giving us a call at (541) 671-5322 or just stopping by!  You can find Matt our Manager in Space 11.  

He can give you an application and answer any questions you may have.

You're can complete it online, print and fill it out to email back or delliver it in person.  A copy of your Photo ID will be required.  Application fee may be paid in check, cash, Western Union app, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo & more.

Tenancy approval turnaround time is approximately one week, but could take up to two weeks. In certain situations, we may be able to complete the process sooner. In certain situations, we may be able to complete the process sooner.
